Surrender, Mourning, Peace
Cut from white curtains, these flags represent the take down of a barrier. They are split in half, and half again, and again. The divides can be infinite. But at some point, the splitting stops, and the remnants becomes symbols of loss, the process of grieving, and the hope of healing.
Hundreds have been made. I will continue to make and distribute these flags as more curtains are donated/found, until January 20th 2021.
